Director of Production...this full-time position is responsible for overseeing the Production ministry teams across all campuses. This leader-of-leaders position is responsible for leading and directing our Production teams primarily in the areas of staffing and budgeting. The Director position is one of the key vision keepers for the Production ministry at The Crossing and will work in conjunction with leadership team, spiritual oversight team, and the campus pastors to ensure all campuses are staffed, led, and resourced well to accomplish our vision.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive oversight and leadership management over all leads of programming areas (music, production, and broadcast)
  • Communicate with Senior Leadership what successes and struggles are present at all campuses
  • Direct long-range planning and budget development to ensure the department is effectively staffed and has the resources needed to accomplish its objectives
  • Design and maintain an obsolescence plan (capital outlay budget) for tech, music, and broadcast equipment across all campuses
  • In partnership with the Service Producer, lead the way in communication between the production ministry, Leadership Team, and other Crossing ministries
  • Help resolve production staffing or overall production execution issues that arise at campuses
  • Work with Senior Leadership in developing in long term strategic planning
