Worship Summer Intern...is a full-time summer position that will assist the Production staff with worship and music related tasks, as well as serve on the weekends in a variety of different roles as needed. This position also provides opportunities for spiritual and personal growth as part of the summer internship. The summer internship runs from May 28, 2024 through August 2, 2024.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the planning and production of rehearsals and weekend services
- Assist with youth worship summer events and practice bands
- Apprentice with worship team staff to learn worship skills and gain practical experience

- High school graduate
- Strong work ethic, energetic, dependable, and reliable
- Trustworthy, humble, teachable
- Superior listening skills-willingness to listen and take direction from others
- Ability to communicate detail to others, other teams at other sites and information and details that are cascaded from the Programming Team
MUST HAVES FOR ALL STAFF AT THE CROSSING
- Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis
- Passionate about their relationship with God
- Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
- Regard the Bible as God’s final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
- Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing’s Statement of Faith, including our view on Baptism
- Live a lifestyle consistent with scriptural principles
