Facility Operations Manager...this full-time 40-hour week position is responsible for managing and overseeing all facility operations, including capital projects, across campuses and will work closely with Senior Leadership, the Board and Campus Pastors (as needed) to bring building improvements, additions, and refurbishments to completion by working directly with architects, interior design professionals, general contractors and other professionals as needed. The Facility Operations Manager must possess sound problem-solving skills and be available after-hours when required. This person must be able to translate The Crossing’s vision and culture into the management and operations of the entire facility department and, in addition to providing oversight to the Campus Facility Managers, will provide them leadership and vision in the following areas.
Oversight of building and grounds maintenance, strategic planning and daily management of facility operations, and direct supervision of management staff involved in these operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures that ensure the efficient operation of all physical assets.
Preparing and managing budgets, including the approval of maintenance expenses and capital expenditure projects.
Developing and maintaining an obsolescence plan.
Ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations.
Leading, recruiting, and training the facilities management team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
Conducting regular inspections and audits to assess the need for repair and renovations.
Overseeing the management of facility-related emergencies.
Evaluating facility management technology updates and system upgrades.
